I have herpes of the face on the nose and cheeks. I wash my hands before masturbation. Is it likely to spread to the genitals?

This would of oral herpes or HSV1. You probably do not have the car at least spread touches a wound in seconds and then touched his genitals. Herpes does not last longer when you're away seconds from the body. Herpes does not survive either handwashing, antibacterial soap kills normal.

Basically, a person can get HSV-2 in sexual contact with someone who has HSV-2 genital infection. Transmission can occur from an infected partner who does not scar and may not know that he or she is infected.
